I have some concrete ideas related to real estate and tenancy related matters which will create new infrastructure and reduce litigation. Hence will reduce pressure on the judiciary.

National Crude Oil Reservoir: Since International Oil Prices are down substantially (about 25%), why not purchase more and store it systematically (enhance our storage capacity) and use this reservoir to counter price fluctuations in future? China has already made the similar moves and huge amount of oil they purchased is already on its way through ships.
Why can't we have this foresight?

Unemployment in rural India likely to grow at fast rate as our young generation is hardly taking interest in agriculture as the education system have changed their thought process due to which they are just running after white collar jobs in Government, or corporate sector. Food production which we are witnessing today is due to the efforts of our elders. Government should take immediate action to retain youth in agriculture activity rather than migrating in search of jobs to towns/cities.

There is demand everywhere for good silk products, but unfortunately there are no new produces or contemporary designs which will take the silk market to new heights. This is because of lack of exposure to the latest technologies to the weaver or to the industry and the hand loom silk industry has grown on its own from the ages without any technical guidance from the Government. The Government should recognize this as employment generating sector and supportive policies should come from field.
