We can increase the demand of silk in our country and abroad by making the clothes cheap and attractive and comfortable so also reachable to middle class youth as nowdays young generation of middle class is making the market of dress so we have to give subsidy to silk producers by which we can also give more employment.

What i think is that, Indian silk products have vast like in all countries all over the world. Increase the demand in our country, already all love Silk materials. so demand is there, cost has to be controlled. Ofcourse in all countries silk products may be produced, but Indian products have its own value. Foreigners are loving to wear Indian sarees. When the cost is under control or reduced the demand will be more in India. With regards to increase the demand in abroad, to think in a different

O.K. silk-weavers are languishing and Silk-boards are without job. But do you know how at many places worms are killed mercilessly? Silk was once used as an electric insulator for wires, but no more. Its price is quite high. Further, in Hot-hotter-hottest-India, silk is unsuited as dress-material. Just for status reasons, it enjoys some respect among women-folks in parts of our Nation ( mainly, south). So, silk-boards must explore ways to export silk, than enlarge mkt. in DENIM-crazy India!

There are so many way to increase the demand of silk in india, Firstly we have to ask our youth to promote silk as much as they can, Now a days people are so much trendy, we can also ask any well known company to promote and manufacture silk mobile accessories and bags Like mobile pouches, mobile covers, college bags, trendy bags, Mostly silk wear are known as ladies wear, So any Casual wear manufacturing company can also produce 'Jeans made by silk embroideries ,- Girish

Most of the silk societies do fraudulent activities such as faking no.of. weavers to loot money that govt provides. My kind request is that Govt should make sure that benifits are reachable to weavers thereby creating powerful silk producing eco system in india.I also request Govt to consider bringing all the silk societies under one umbrella to govern better, make weavers earn more, produce more silk.

Gas distributor do inflate number of cylinders consumed and supplying these extra booked cylinders to others for profit. This was possible by hacking the consumers account. A track should be kept by countering the hacking.
