‎Subject: Proposal for 'AI Literacy & Safety Awareness' in Rural Areas ‎As India moves towards becoming a global AI hub, there is a pressing need to bridge the "AI Divide" in our villages. I, Shivam Kumar Gupta from Firozabad (UP), propose a grassroots awareness program to empower rural citizens with AI tools like Gemini, Bhashini, and ChatGPT. ‎Key Objectives: ‎AI in Agriculture: Training farmers to use AI for crop advisory, weather forecasting, and market prices in their local language. ‎AI for Students: Enabling rural students to use AI as a personalized tutor for competitive exams and skill development. ‎Digital Safety: Educating villagers about Deepfakes, AI-generated voice scams, and misinformation to ensure cyber-safety. ‎Language Inclusion: Promoting the use Bhasini This will transform our villages from being just "Internet users" to "AI-enabled citizens," aligning perfectly with the 'AI for All' vision of the Hon'ble Prime Minister. Respected Modi Ji There should be no "freebies" for any one in India. Let all of us join the national mainstream, as a part of our onerous duty towards our own motherland.

Respected Modiji, My name is Harish Menon, Senior Instructor, Government ITI, Kalamassery,Kerala.I have successfully implemented the Quality Circle concept for the first time in an Industrial Training Institute, through a Water Management project using trainees as the workforce. Based on 14 months of data, we are now saving 150 kilolitres of water and over 300 units of electricity per month, reducing expenses significantly. This initiative has improved trainees’ teamwork, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, helping to create industry-ready professionals.I humbly suggest that the Quality Circle concept may kindly be promoted in all ITIs , Polytechnics & Engineering colleges across the country for strengthening skill development. Thanking you sir, Harish menon , 9447311576, hmrd8555@gmail.com
