JOSE TK SBI PENSIONER NO.8952175 Mobile 9497179785 To Respected Prime Minister, Superseding Indian Parliament and President of India by introducing schemes in new name by replacing existing clause in a statutory law is abuse of Indian Constitution. State Bank of India introduced a voluntary retirement scheme in 2001 namely SBTVRS2001 by denying benefit U/s 29(5) of SBT Pension Regulation Act 1995 passed by the Parliament. Supreme Court has ruled that this clause in VRS scheme is void. But SBI is not allowing the benefit to VRS retirees stating the reason that VRS employees accepted the conditions in VRS scheme. Replacing a clause in a statutory law without proper authority is pure abuse of Indian Constitution. Some anti national terrorist groups are attempting to sabotage the Indian Constitution. I humbly request the Hon. Prime Minster to instruct the SBI to stop such attempts and allow benefit to retirees as defined in Pension Regulation Act.

आदरणीय प्रधान मंत्री जी ने आज राज्यों के पर्यावरण मंत्रियों के सम्मेलन को संबोधित करते हुए सर्कुलर इकॉनमी का विस्तार से उल्लेख किया. यह विषय अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है. मेरा सुझाव है कि इस बारे में इस माह की 'मन की बात ' में भी चर्चा उपयुक्त होगी. यह उल्लेख भी आया था कि जो वाहन पुराने हो गए हैं उन्हें प्रयोग से बाहर कर देने पर उद्योग को प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा. यह सच है पर यह भी विचारणीय है कि प्रयोग से बाहर कर दिए गए वाहनों का क्या होगा. सर्कुलर इकॉनमी का सिद्धांत इस मामले बहुत ज़रूरी है. इस परिप्रेक्ष्य में दो सुझाव नीचे लिख रहा हूँ:- १. PRODUCERS EXTENDED RESPONSIBILITY के सिद्धांत के अनुसार उन वाहनों के निर्माता उन्हें लेने के लिए बाध्य हों; मूल्य निश्चित करने कि प्रक्रिया घोषित हो और वे निर्माता वाहनों को वर्तमान मानकों के अनुसार परिवर्तन कर के बेच सकें. २. जिन क्षेत्रों में वाहन को प्रयोग से बाहर लाने की बाध्यता न हो वहां के निवासी NCR में नव-स्थापित गोदामों से खरीद सकें. यहाँ भी उचित मूल्य के निर्धारण के व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए.

Honb'le Prime Minister sir, Please accept my deepest gratitude for all good work done by you and your government officers. मेरे मन की बात ये है कि - स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर आपने गुलामी न सहन करने के लिए प्रेरित किया था, उस विषय में मुझे यह कहने का मन हुआ कि सरकारी संस्था में आउटसोर्सिंग पर कार्यरत लोगों की हालत आज भी गुलामी करने जैसी ही है। उदाहरण रूप में - वेतन का समय से भुगतान नहीं किया जाना। समय समय पर नौकरी से निकाल देने की मीटिंग में कहना। कार्यालय समय एवं अवकाश का कोई महत्त्व नहीं देना। अपनी सर्वोच्च अधिकार का अपने स्वार्थ सिद्ध में प्रयोग करना इत्यादि। इस प्रकार की स्थिति यदि उत्तपन्न हो जाए तो आपके अनुसार किस तरह से पॉजिटिव रहते हुए अपने कार्य को भली भांति किया जाए क्योंकि आऊटसोर्सिंग कार्मिक नौकरी जाने के भय से कुछ कर नही सकता , इस नौकरी से ही उसके परिवार का पेट पालता है। उच्च अधिकारी निर्भीक बेबाक बिना किसी भय से अपनी मंशा पूर्ण करता रहता है। इस प्रकार की समस्या से मे भी जूझ रहा हूं। कृपया मेरा मार्ग दर्शन करे , आपकी अति कृपा होगी ।

Cyber crime is on the rise because our police do not catch criminals quickly, if caught, cyber crime will be much less and even those who are thinking of cyber thinking that if we do cyber, the police will catch and punish them from anywhere.
The cyber cell and some of the police in the area are very slow or have joined hands with the criminals so the criminals are exempted, and so the cyber crime is on the rise. Which is a complex problem. I request you to think a little about this matter.

Even if the accused is from another state but the accused's phone number is still running, if the police cannot catch him, the victim's money should be returned by the police or the government so that they can take care of the problem and reduce corruption. Otherwise cyber crime will take a very horrible form ...

Kindly emphasis on importance of reading books (other than educational). The young generation have been wasting their time on Social media and other things and very few people read books now a days. Also, please suggest to reduce the use of mobiles and give time to your family, passion and sports.
