Sir in reference to my quoted arguments with regards to plight of petitioners in the Hon’ble Courts of India with regards to belated verdicts and aftermath vis a vis implementations thereof, I beg to make my view point on last opportunities being granted by the Hon’ble Courts is very disgusting though our law may be permitting.When the case is under hearing for a sizeable time and to grant last opportunity is at the cost of Petitioner,who is already suffering at the hands of defaulters and once our Courts proclaims its verdict it should either be implimented or challenged in higher Court but to keep pending without any jurisdiction is against citizens and means that they are being treated as low class citizens with less opportunities. Rather than giving time to Respondents who have been found guilty by the judgement is shielded by opportunities which means judgement has propensity and cases are lingering without authenticity , law becomes draconian one.so new lawsneeded over obsolete

The states concerned have to take necessary measures to prevent floods , damage and destruction to property. The Disaster Management System should be kept in order . Kindly issue appropriate instructions. 2) Congratulations for approving a 19,500 crore scheme to incentivise manufacture of domestic solar cell modules. We are hopeful of a turnaround in terms of generation of power from natural sources under your Gracious stewardship. 3) Kindly advise the UGC to regularise the services of guest faculty in Universities and institutions of higher learning as a one time measure. Candidates with required qualifications and experience of a minimum 5 years can be made permanent. 4) Kindly increase the number of eligible attempts for candidates with disabilities in the Civil services examination to 12 from the existing 9 attempts.
