We expect people are treated with respect but we fail to do so due to lack of necessary resources /infrastructure as a result we are not even treating people as human beings. High population density is also one of the cause for such violations. We forgot duty, dignity, discipline taught by our ancestors. Inadequate width of roads/number of transportation vehicles, poor alignment of roads with many turns and twists, allowing vehicles to park vehicles on carriageway, allowing roadside vendors to encroach carriageway/footpath, poorly planned bus stops/ RTO offices, inadequate parking facilities at government & other offices, placement of community garbage bins on roads, encroachments/conversion of government vacant lands to party workers/private parties are other causes. All these causes reputational damage to a country. Some Indicators are, 1) People travels in trucks, payloders, dump trucks, tractor trailor etc., 2) Scavenger vehicles used to transport food items.

Sir, Tejbir Rapria from Gurgaon, We purchased flat in Unitech Ltd in 2009, Govt. Taken over Unitech in Jan 2020, till date work not started. Pls request Supreme Court to hear our case on urgent basis so that construction can restart as early as possible. Till date no bricks put in any project of Unitech. Asha karta hu aap hamari problem door karenge. To restart work required only on hearing now. At present Supreme Court is on holiday. Required 10minutes hearing to stamp on work work order. We can save two months time to restart work. We are waiting since 2009, request do something to restart work in Unitech projects.Thanks
