SIR,Please talk about importance and Atmanirbharta of women involved in “Domestic Work Only” at coming International Women’s Day,Women manage the house throughout day & mentor children, older and sick members of family with devotion. Their work is unpaid, still carry less importance than“Working Women”.My Idea is to recognize them as “House Manager& Mentor”(MAM) & make provision of Samman Nidhi as honorarium from income of earning family members. This will be beneficial for society as enclosed.

Sir, Can we extrapolate this noble initiative 'Man ki Baat' to 'Village ki Baat' and connecting every village voice at grassroots level ? You have made your place in heart and minds of people but aspirations, ideas and concerns of every nation building efforts by individuals need to be tapped at village level. How eyes and ears of villagers could be catalyst in policy initiatives at grassroots level. It is possible. Jai Hind.

Respected Sir,
A Group of Ladies called Udita Ladies Club (Female association of spouses of employees working at NTPC Farakka located in West Bengal and the female employees) have been working tremendously towards empowerment of underprivileged girls and women belonging to the nearby villages. The club is running a welfare school for these girls and women providing them education and skill training also supporting them in becoming financially independent.
