The Central Government Ministries/ Departments and Central Public Sector Undertaking are mandated to procure 25% (as amended in 2018) of their annual value of goods or services from micro and small enterprises vide Public Procurement Order Notified vide S.O. 581 (E) dated 23rd March 2012. Under the policy, 358 items are exclusively reserved for procurement from MSEs which help in the promotion and growth of Micro and Small Enterprises and play a critical role in fostering inclusive growth in the country.

The existing list required a relook to find out the relevance in the present-day context of technological change, and the growth of small and micro enterprises. This is on eradicating plastic bags. Instead of controlling the shops selling lessor micron thickness plastic bags. Stop the production and issue/ cancel of license to for companies manufacturing bags below allowed thickness. Plastic is the worst and it spoils all water reservoir/ponds/dams/rivers and cause undue illness and damage to humankind who consume such water even after filtration. This will save mankind. My ambition is to see plastic free india.Plastic was not there with our forefathers and their era was plastic free.....JAIHIND

I am from Tamil Nadu... This year we have enough rain now itself even before Dec.But most of the water is being washed away or to the sea... Rain water harvesting should be made compulsory in villages and towns and also cities then only building plan approval to be given. All villages should have ponds to accumulate rain water.Water passages or lines to be made so that waste/excess water should go to the designated ponds maintained by panchayats../ corporation. Development funds not to be allocated for the panchayat not following this. It will make all villages self sufficient in water no village will starve for water..This was followed while monarchy was there and kings rule in India. Then there will be meaning for water tax levied by the state governments. Water meters can also be put to monitor and regulate the water supply as per requirement and excess usage people /firms can also be charged extra. Maintaining them is also must after implementing in villages

Public procurement policy is beneficial for our MSME sector .it is a way to promote small industries of our country. 1Atmnirbhar concept should be adopted for all public department . 2 Swadeshi product should be promoted through psu company. 3 All psu has compulsory to purchase goods from small industries. 4 A particular space should be reserved in public department and all psu for small industry product. 5 All psu company has responsibility to advertise small industries in their plateform. 6 Railway department has compulsory to purchase small scale industry .it is a way to advertise their product on railway station and other railway places.

A crowd fundraiser should be initiated by the established MSME’s to help & support financially for the upcoming MSMEs by giving without interest for a period of time. If the upcoming msme’s establish & flourish, then they have to give certain share of their profits to crowd fund for a locking period. Thus all upcoming talents can come up.

This is one of the most important factor where all this 469 items should be published and reflected in the eyes of the customers and retailers and distributors and manufacturers via different sources of media in TV channels, advertisement board, campaning and providing a toll free number to the customers wehere they can take help and ask the the queries according to their list of items they are purchasing but this can only be done when the MSEs with the Government of INDIA will sign the agreement and a IT information technology office of PCRM should be opened out related with this so that the tools and troubles the customers are facing can be raised and the facilites they are getting and the implementation they want on the products to be done and the benefits they are getting from it with all the information related with the products and money to be paid. The value of goods can only be increased when the value of the products is advertise ijn the market and it plays a vital role when c
