we need to ask all MSMs manufacturer, get status of supply chain & INTEREST ,COMPETITION STATUS, PRICE DIFFERENCE STATUS, QUALITY COMPARISON, most of the multinationals company intentionally import Chinese And dump to harm small msms ,
pricing play game.
our policy is to save existing, based on cost of productions, increase tax on imported to make it par with make in India.

Reservation of products for exclusive manufacturers in the small scale sector as a policy instruments for its promotion owes its origin to the industries (Development & regulation) Act 1951,(section 11b). As, per this policy creation of fresh capacity in the large/medium sector in reserved area is permitted only if the unit is agree to an export obligation of a minimum of 75 percent of its production.
The main rational for reservation of items for exclusive production in the SSI sector without compromising on quality; level of employment, generation, diffusion of enterpreneurial talent and preservation of economic consentration etc.
Thanku................

The objective of the Policy is promotion and development of Micro and Small Enterprises by supporting them in marketing of products produced and services rendered by them. The policy rests upon core principles of competitiveness, adhering to sound procurement practices and execution of supplies in accordance with a system which is fair, equitable, transparent competitive and cost effective. MSME Public Procurement Policy aims to promote the growth and development of MSMEs by upgrading their market access and linkages. Greater small business participation in the government procurement process benefits not only small businesses, but the government and the economy. Small business procurement by the government is employment intensive as SMEs are more labour intensive than larger firms. Increases competition by including SMEs in bidding process. Decreases the influence of established network of larger firms. Fosters greater innovation. Helps to formalise large informal activities.

Policy level decisions that encourages production and consumption of local industries creating local livelihoods is a great way to strengthen local economies. Imported product must not find a free market on our terrain.
