Establishing more orphanages and if we found children on street without parent or if old parent or any parent can't take care of their children by themselves technically it is governments responsibility to provide them protection , shelter and safety till the age of 18. Create the system like Foster home. Temporary home for children and later if some one wants to adopt them. We need to make our system more stronger in this area so our people can trust our system. Trusting the system is important

Many children in Delhi and other cities die of Acute Respiratory Diseases (ARD) every year. A major driver of ARD has been shown to be cold days and exposure along with air pollution. Pro-active prevention of ARD and related deaths is possible through properly designed advisories based on weather informatics. This author has developed such algorithms validated over Delhi and accepted in high-impact peer-reviewed journal; the technology is thus available.

Neonatal sepsis is one of the biggest killers of children below the age of 1 in India. Most common reason behind deaths is delayed diagnosis. Govt should consider technologies that can help in the rapid diagnosis of sepsis and institutionalise these technologies at the SNCUs, paediatric ICUs and critical care settings at various level of healthcare. These include rapid blood culture based technologies which can shorten the time to diagnosis by upto 48 hours.

Being doctor i would inform u the basic reason behind children death is maternal malnutrition which is due to giving birth to child in early age, succesive birth without spacing and being illegal very early marriages in poor family..So,i would like to suggest govt should take strict action on population control scheme' HUM DO HUMARE DO' violation of this should be charged monitorily and no govt policy will be applicable to parent and not to child except reservation.
