In the past few months we all have worked in conjunction towards making Tumakuru a Smart City. The citizen feedback received in Stage 1 and 2 of this Challenge have been carefully analyzed to articulate the vision, goals and prioritized Area Based Development & PAN City projects proposed in the Smart City Proposal.

As part of the process for Round 3 Citizen Engagement, Tumakuru City Corporation is inviting everyone related to Tumakuru for your feedback as well as valuable suggestions on the proposal.

Introducing all in one optical fibre cable in smart city. The various cable network companies can share all in one optical fibre cable and give service by paying rent. This heIps to prevent the digging of the roads.

providing employment to 132235 people. There are about 110 Rice mills in Tumkur and the Rice is being supplied to Bangalore and South India.
