माननीय उर्जा मंत्री जी को सादर प्रणाम।सर इस बिल को लाने से पहले उपभोक्ताओं और कर्मचारियों के हितों की सुरक्षा सरकार की पहली प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए।निर्बाध रूप से बिजली आपूर्ति को बनाये रखना होगा।

माननीय उर्जा मन्त्री जी यह बिल विद्युत सुधारों के क्षेत्र में क्रांतिकारी बदलाव ला सकता है।निजी हाथों मे देने से पहले निम्न बिन्दुओ पर विचार करना होगा।(जर्जर तारो और पुराने खम्भो की जगह आधुनिक तकनीक से बने तारो और मजबूत ख़म्भो को कौन सही करेगा।(2)किसानों की सब्सिडी खत्म करना उचित कदम नही होगा।(3)जो कर्मचारी कार्य कर रहे है उनके हितों की रक्षा कौन करेगा।(4)बिजली की दरों के निर्धारण का अधिकार सरकार के पास होना चाहिये।

With privatization, it should be mandatory in adding more private Discoms to cater to same locality, or say atleast min 2 would help ensuring better services and healthy competition. Govt should enable telecom like segregation where we have power infra providing infrastructure till end users which is commercial, Domestic etc, and private Discom to maintain min service requirement to continue their operations using these power infra companies and provide better and reliable service to consumers

3. Distribution sub licensees:
Good: Medium scale Indian companies can enter the distribution industry as a Franchisee and reduce the financial stress and risk of existing Licensee. Makes Business more viable and competitive.
Risk: "Politically Connected" person with no knowledge or experience on Power distribution can abuse the system by getting the License in Franchise model and selling it to actual power distributors
Add provisions to prevent the Risk as Licensing is under State Govt
