1. Transparency in Procurement system and revamp of distribution system must be priporities. A classic example if of AMUL at Anand. A cooperative movement for farmers to pool their produce and themselves distribute. Similarly Farmers should be encouraged to start their own Agro industry in their own backyards.
2. Labs must be established in their own backyards and scientists must regularly visit them like the ISI.

I feel that instead of announcing relief measures after the crops are destroyed, Government should make it a policy and announce that if crops are destroyed due to natural calamity within 7 days the farmer will get a certain amount of compensation depending on the area of land cultivated. Then no farmer will opt for suicide.

Before all this government plan to do for farmers.Firstly they should make arrangements for natural problems which occurs last month.Modi sir you should provide a light weight ploymeric tent in shape of temple with water pipes surrounds at the border are of tent and that pipe are connected to a tank .At the time unwanted rainfall it will save farming from water and also save water for many days in tank for farming.Use tent that can be open on top so that sun raise can easily come to land.

Lands should be taken from farmers in rent basis and given to big corporate houses for doing farming in organised manner, same farmers should be employed in those farms, this will ensure farmers get a fixed monthly income for their livelihood, this will reduce the suicides by farmers. Also organised farming will help ensure better crop, higher yield, small farmer will get best benefit out of this as they can’t afford to have big machineries, further research and development should be promoted.

Deregulate the crop prices, let farmer decide their crop prices, remove all subsidies for farmers , instead give same subsidies to consumers.

We should do the costing of a farmers product as corporate does their, i.e. a farmers works 12 hours a day, his entire family works in the field, his land rent to be considered, if we consider all this , I am sure the cost of cultivating crop goes much more higher than what the prices decided by government, we are at stage where no farmer wants their children to continue farming, at this stage there will not be any farmers in Bharat and we will be forced to buy at much higher rate from others

Review the price of paddy, wheat etc.Is it parallel to price hike of other comodity as well as gold and govct employee salary. Only two things can improve status of farmer and eradicate non employment-
1. Increase of price of agricultural product parallel to others.
2. Cold storage and easy marketing facility from door step.

Many schemes run on the name of farmers but due to lack of knowledge abwt schemes, inactiveness of Sarkari karmchari and babus and overactivities of brokers/ dalals made the lives of farmers. miserable.Bank does not provide loans. If they provide loan with the help of dalals they take a huge amounts as. bribe. No bribe , no loan and makarjal of rules in sanction of loan make farmers keep away from banks. Develop a corruption free mechanism in banking and sensitiise.karmachari towads their duty.
