"A man, a plan, a canal in China: http://www.sixthtone.com/news/1000455
Dear Sir.
How villager built canal in china example of what self help group can do. We store petrol/oil etc for 5 years. Why not we store water for 5 years usage its so essential for life. Every village should store water for years of usage in underground tunnels/lakes/ponds, tanks/canals. Bidar Karnataka in example. We should set up self help groups in every village along with panchayat.

Respected sir,
Sometimes it is inevitable to vacate some places or destroy some structures to make and build new ones more improved, more literate and more civilized. To pacify society and move towards salvation.
