MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of AYUSH, is organizing Y-Break Discussion. Y-Break App is a digital platform to promote Yoga practice in the working population to de-stress, refresh and re-focus at their workplace to increase their productivity, and consists of Asanas, Pranayama and Dhyana
MDNIY, MoA & MyGov is pleased to host a discussion to pick the minds of all Indians on the “Role of Y-Break in Working professional to scale up Yoga practice for a larger impact in lifestyle & Physical Activity”.

Respected MOADI JI.. Respected NODAL OFFICER, Good Morning and Greetings.... I am Graduate in Bank Management- Just I suggested to Start a New Bank on behalf of Railways Department ( Include all divisions) in a Single Name as "RAIL BANK and INSURANCE COMPANY"- It also provide INSURANCE for the VICTIMS of the Incidents. The amount may be collected from each ticket sold per day with Rs.1/-  from PAN INDIA.

Dear & Respected PM N Bhai Modi jee, During service I was asked to attend one or two Yoga & Meditation classes but the work load in hand and already in backlog work as my focus used to be Nil mistake on work on hand never allowed me to attend though interested in Yoga & Meditation and attended and got certificates from WTT vizag organised by Master EK & my uncle Master RS. May be little test and adding one point in ACR score of the employee shall be helpful for all to attend and focuss and when such activity is allowed in the work place advance timing for work clearance has to be initiated too

Ministry of AYUSH has launched the ‘Y-Break’ Yoga protocol App. Y-Break is a five-minute Yoga protocol, especially designed for working professionals to de-stress, refresh and re-focus at their workplace to increase their productivity, consists of Asanas, Pranayam and Dhyana. The Yoga protocol in the Y-Break application comprises of a few simple Yogic practices as follows: Tadasana- Urdhva-hastottanasana- Tadasana Skandha chakra- Uttanamandukasana– Kati Chakrasana Ardhachakrasana, PrasaritaPadottanasana- Deep Breathing Nadishodhana Pranayama Bhramari Pranayama- Dhyana
