Y-Break App is a digital platform to promote Yoga practice in the working population to de-stress, refresh and re-focus at their workplace to increase their productivity, and consists of Asanas, Pranayama and Dhyana

The Y-Break at Workplace protocol, devised by the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga under the ministry of ayush, helps government employees de-stress, refresh and refocus within a few minutes, in between work.

Honorable, sir now days Political partys are making many freebies promise with out thinking the state financial position. political party should be accountable before making any kind of free promise, they should explain the source of finance to full fill the freebies and the state development work, by this freebies development work should not be pause, They will come and go what about the future down the ten years.
