My thounght is that a smart city should have 24×7 power supply and 100% cleanliness... Then automatically industries and IT sector will emerge and whole city will develop in all aspects... Like SHIMOGA needs no power cuts and cleanliness

Public toilets,ramp For handycap should be availabel on roads,foothpaths and electricity should be availabel and clean water to all people.

Dust & Leaf sucking machines must be introduced to avoid dust and also to maintain cleanliness, No dust should be seen on the roads. Lawns should be grown in the open areas to avoid dust. Improvised dustbins to be installed at certain distances and automatic cleaning system has to be adopted.Rain water harvesting should be made mandatory for residences, commercial establishments, roads etc, so that there should not be a wastage of single drop of water and it should reach the earth.

All the areas should have facility for all types of underground system including water lines, electricity, UGD, telephone, CCTV, etc. New areas to be developed should also have provision for the above said, including the plantation of trees in a systematic manner with gardens, provision for seprate market place, hospitals, banks and also the CCTV cameras for police Surveilance for the entire city. Modern bus facilities for local movements with frequent availability etc.
