Students right from high school to colleges should be encouraged to visit projects that are undergoing and in which they have an interest. for e.g.- the Metro construction project in Delhi (DMRC) is being executed behind close doors. Nobody can see what's happening inside. If those sites can be opened for students on particular days it will help them in developing curiosity. It will motivate them to do something more. Those underground constructions and equipments can be a big inspiration.

Some vocational courses may be started after class X of 5-6 years which will help the students to find the job after their skill development. These courses may be designed such that the person will be skilled and well qualified.

Education must groom children towards Physical, Mental and Social health. Yoga, excercises, meditation and community work should be part of the education system.
Education must teach human values and enable children to become better individuals, participating family members, responsible citizens, helpful community members and thoughful leaders.
They must also be provided vocational training, and life skills like cooking, cleaning, organizing, teamwork, cooperation, building and creativity.

Good education is foundation of all culture, behaviour, values, virtues & progress. Its lack is the cause of mental, moral & social decline.
सुशिक्षा संस्कृति, सभ्यता, शालीनता, समृधी और सदगुणों का मूल है । सुशिक्षा का आभाव ही मनुष्य के मानसिक, नैतिक और समाजिक पतन का कारण है ।
The purpose of education is to build responsible citizens who contribute to peace, wellness & prosperity of people in society.
भारत की हर पाठशाला में योगाभ्यास आध्यात्मिक और संस्कृति शिक्षण अनिवार्य रूप से होना चाहिये।

So we are doing business in most of the places in the name of business whose negative impact is falling on the genuine institutes who are there for bright education. So govt should take a serious step to prevent all these things and to give more help as needed to the genuine institutes who deserves. And to implement the rigidly the facilities for higher education for needed students not the students who have everything by their parents.

Second problem....Though I am working as JE in Atomic Research Centre, but after my diploma I was teaching in engineering college as Lab Assistant. I have seen, most of the back bench B.Tech. students after pass out, they join as Lecturer in private engineering colleges. They don't radiate the actual education among their students. So many engineering colleges are granted by AICTE, where student marketing is going on through the staff of the college by the managing committee of that college.

The Standard of technical education is deteriorating. My personal life experience. I have done my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed Govt clg from Odisha. Even I have tried education loan for Rs7000/-. But no bank gave me loan. We have facility to take loan for Higher education without any mortgage. But as my father wasn't a govt employee, no bank gave me loan. So we can think in India there is so many people like me, even in more worst condition than me.
