There is a greater emphasis on integrating skills in education and a renewed focus on vocational education in secondary education. The National Vocational Education Qualification Framework (NVEQF) has been aligned with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF). The objective of this group will be examine the issues of enhancing acceptance of vocational qualifications, difficulties in implementing VE , ensuring horizontal and vertical mobility, availability of teachers. Some States have been effectively integrating vocational education in mainstream education. How can these be adopted or adapted across other States?

Classroom demo Supports Differentiated Learning Instruction 1. T o maintain attention, students must be able to perform a task at a high level of accuracy. If the task is too difficult, learning cannot be achieved. 2. Behavior must be consistently reinforced and rewarded to maintain motivation and drive learning. Once basic concepts are mastered (i.e., the response is accurate and consistent), systematically increasing the difficulty of concepts is the most effective method of instruction.

Classroom demo can be used for Supplemental Instruction — target specific skills for struggling students Curriculum Access — for struggling students with learning, cognitive, or physical disabilities Based upon the research into both scientific learning principles and best teaching practices, computer- aided instruction can support concept mastery and enrich the learning environment for all students. In addition, using software can improve teachers’ effectiveness in meeting the standards.

It will also address access to Classroom demo for students with physical, cognitive, and visual impairments. Classroom demo is a unique software intervention tool to help students in grades

Our research-based products help educators teach reading, writing, and mathematics to students at-risk of failure or students with special needs. Smart Education Portal products are used to teach core concepts, provide patient practice, give immediate feedback, and track student responses.

One compulsory subject besides latest computer education in secondary school. where basic emergency jobs are taught .Infact school kids should be in the maintenance & housekeeping team They should also be part in running the kitchen. farming /husbandry /cattle rearing . Children should useful for parents & society.

Vocational education should be removed from MHRD and University, they have ulterior motive to scuttle its success. Third party assessment of Skills like EdExcel and City&Guilds of UK should be encouraged to set up shop. Companies should be encouraged to fund these assessments Centers under CSR

Fundamentally all education beyond class 10 should be Vocational tagged, more so in rural areas by default. Kids desirous of taking academic interest should continue in specific schools in Urban areas and these children should be given all support and help to get into Research and teaching mode. We are committing a crime on society by making rural kids study academically and making them useless for both Academics and Skill.

Besides Regular teachers, schools & colleges will require Special Teachers, who are practicing professionals of respective vocational course. For e.g. during class on Plumbing, a Plumber should be invited as guest Lecturer for theory & Practical classes. He must be paid on-the-spot honorarium. He also has to give on-job training to students keen on learning that trade. The student should get internship scholarship from Govt while the Special Teacher should get extra income in form of honorarium.

Vocational Education should not be considered inferior to Normal Education. To make it lucrative,govt must make it compulsory part of school & college education with better career prospects in Govt & Pvt. Sector Jobs and even better Own Business/Vocation Prospects. All those Educational Institutes which take extra efforts to provide quality vocational education should be suitably rewarded publicly. All companies should be given tax-rebate provided they employ intern from educational institution.
