In any field, if we want to perform well then we have to develop the relevant Skill. Education is incomplete & irrelevant,if Skill Development is not integral part of the learning process.Student can only develop Relevant Skill in their preferred course/profession by working, ideally as intern under practicing professional. The more working knowledge student gains about his/her field, the better & long-lasting learning experience it will be. Application of Knowledge is important to develop Skill

The emphasis should be more on Vocational Courses so that this new learning can help people in their careers. Course Catalog & Course content could be routed though India Post. Once the student is confident about the learning, he could give exam online or at nearby College, followed by internship.

New Education Policy must contain provisions for Value Education in Schools,Colleges/univ..
If we really wish to see India going to the next level of consciousness or progress, a word more often used... Our thinking and behaviour must be more definite and therefore self-exploration on self is important in schools and colleges in developing right understanding about self, others and rest of existence.. to develop the self-discipline, a mutually fulfilling & enriching relationships with everyone.
