There is a greater emphasis on integrating skills in education and a renewed focus on vocational education in secondary education. The National Vocational Education Qualification Framework (NVEQF) has been aligned with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF). The objective of this group will be examine the issues of enhancing acceptance of vocational qualifications, difficulties in implementing VE , ensuring horizontal and vertical mobility, availability of teachers. Some States have been effectively integrating vocational education in mainstream education. How can these be adopted or adapted across other States?

क्योंकि आज भी राज्य पत्र परीक्षा का आयोजन लोक सेवा आयोग या इसके समकक्ष निपक्ष सरकारी एजेंसियों द्वारा ही कराया जा रहा है . आशा है की आप इस पत्र को ध्यान में रखते हुए उच्च शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में राज्य पात्रता परीक्षा की सपूर्ण देश में वैधता के सम्बन्ध में पुनर्विचार करते हुए उचित फैसला लेंगी. धन्यवाद राहुल वैश्य , राज्य पात्रता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण , हिमाचल लोक सेवा आयोग

परीक्षा के सम्बन्ध में लिए गए फैसले पर पुनर्विचार करते हुए इसे इस प्रकार संशोधित रूप में पुन: लागू करे जिससे अल्संख्यक विषयों जैसे योग , जनसंचार , पर्यटन इत्यादि विषयों में राज्य पात्रता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण योग्य अभ्यर्थी देश के किसी भी महाविद्यालय में सहायक प्रध्यापक पद के लिए आवेदन कर भविष्य की पीढ़ी को संवार कर मजबूत राष्ट्र में योगदान दे सके

बेरोजगार हो गए है जिन्होंने सन २००२ के बाद अल्पसंख्य्क विषयों में राज्य पात्रता परीक्षा को तो उत्तीर्ण किया है परन्तु अपने-अपने प्रदेशों के महाविद्यलयों में छात्रों द्वारा स्नातक स्तर पर अल्पसंख्यक विषयों में प्रवेश ना ले पाने के कारण महाविद्यलयों में लोकल आधार पर सहायक प्राध्यापक भी नियुक्त नहीं हो पाये और बेरोजगार बने बैठे है, अत: इस पत्र के माध्यम से मेरा केंद्र सरकार को उच्च शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में यही मांग करूँगा कि वह भविष्य के कौशल विकास को ध्यान में रखते हुए सन २००२ में राज्य पात्रता परी

माननीया मानव संसाधन केंद्रीय मंत्री महोदया, मैं आपका ध्यान उच्च शिक्षा में एक महत्वपूर्ण परीक्षा की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहूंगा. सन २००२ में केंद्र सरकार ने निर्णय लिया था कि राज्य पात्रता परीक्षा की बैधता सिर्फ उस राज्य के अंदर ही होगी जिस राज्य में वह परीक्षा आयोजित हो रही है. जबकि २००२ से पूर्व इस परीक्षा की वैधता सम्पूर्ण देश में मानी जाती थी. मुझे नहीं ज्ञात की केंद्र सरकार उस वक्त उपरोक्त निर्णय के पीछे क्या मत रहा होगा लेकिन सन २००२ में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा लिए निर्णय से आज वो अभ्यर्थी

Need of the hour. Update vocation training courses. Like Computer maintenance, cost effective building methods, modern electrician with new devices, building maintenance techniques, running a professional travel, modern painting techniques etc. Course should be updated, for that govt should not interfere. Let the institutes / private universities decide need of the hour.

Our educational system should mold our nation by basis of self-sustainable view.for that law,agriculture,yoga & land medic & marketing should become a part of all education.it should implemented in the mood of practical-viva education.

Vocational education will ultimately strengthen our economy by employing the maximum skilled person. Govt. Should chalk out the plan to identifying the capability of student in particular field and make the available sources for such students to delivers their best .we saw many persons who did not do well in their academic but later proved themselves the best among the best who delivers best in academic carrier. Identify the calibre of child in the school and give special vocational training .

Sir PM, just want to bring your focus on one of the serious issues going unnoticed at the moment. The engineers from IIT are getting placed in the big paying financial and consultancy cos. It is "BRAIN DRAIN". Shows that the motive behind those who get into IITs is not their passion for engineering but for huge packages. The government must make it mandatory to sign a 3/4 year contract to work in DRDO and HAL for IIT grads as govt is spending so much. I am Sure this would propel India`s growth.

Two year voluntary rural service may be insisted for seeking Govt.Jobs.Practical training shall be introduced in a wide range of technologies to improve human resource potential.Stress shall also be given to communication skills in foreign languages to seek employment abroad. Job market in foreign nations shall be utilized to the maximum extend,This shall be a Govt. policy.Students shall be supported to acquire technical & Higher education (that are not available in India) from foreign nations.
