Moving towards becoming a cashless economy, Indian Railways has introduced a mobile based App "UTSONMOBILE" which enables booking and cancellation of unreserved tickets, issue and renewal of season and platform tickets, check and load R-Wallet balance and helps maintain user profile management and booking history. Users can download this app from Google Play Store or Windows store free of cost. This application is available on both Android and Windows smart phones.
Ministry of Railways invites suggestions from the general public regarding `UTSONMOBILE' App of Indian. Your suggestions will help us to examine the existing features of this App and make requisite improvements wherever necessary.

The issue in the app is we cannot book superfast / maii express second ciass tickets for long distance only specific routes are open for eg if we wanna come from Delhi to katra or jammu tawi we cannot book superfast/ express train tickets please sort out that optiob because queues in delhi is bad .sir pls improve this.

sir, public make mistake while searching internet application,do not check authentication of sites, when any apps comes also fake apps sites are floated, many get trap in wrong search & exchange information of credit cards etc.instead of unfamiliar name app must be in Indian railways names.

Sir, How nice it would be if could be operated manually without using internet so that we can use it anywhere even in the place where internet facility or low connectivity creats problem. In this way, Every one can use it anywhere smart phone users and simple phone users as well as we use the Railways inquiry no. of Bhartiya Airtel 139.
