Sir, I have an idea that I have seen the road cleaning machine that cleans the roads, it works with the use of any fuel and is very costly and is operated by a driver. We can develop a cleaning device that contains a cycling machine that is generally used in bicycle, which is cycled by 2 to 4 persons, it will save fuel and also increase employment and it may also be very cheap as compared to the fuel running machine. It will also help in 'make in india' by manufacture of these type of machines

In my locality every week two woman sweeper come to clean the road. They collect 40 rupees per house monthly as tip for cleaning (although corporation pay them) .
