First identify the nano technology devices which are required for the betterment of the society. Circulate the problem to the Schools, Colleges, Universities/Institutions for getting solutions. Select the most economical and feasible design to the problem. I am sure young minds would certainly provide excellant solutions.

There should be an arrangement of issuing an acknowledgement letters signed by PM to those entries which have been approved. It will boost up the ;morals of participants. There should be a system generated letter. As an when the task is approved a letter should be generated and send to their mail. Simply sending a mail of congratulation gives no satisfaction. This card should replace all documents like DL, Voter ID, PAN, Residential Card etc. For this we can start with replacing all PAN card with new One Card that will contain nano chip.
