One more.. Make it a mandate for the compaines to be part of the cleanliness campaign and you give them the necessary materials or some subsidy or some benefit say 200 per day for cleaning a complete street and maintain it. It is people who use it rhey have to clean it. They should feel it their house outside as well then the change would come. I want to join this and i dont know whom to meet or where to approach. I can make the change in the society... I dont like penalizing any..

For cleaniness we need change agents. It should be a mandate for every individual. Since everyone is so much occupied in their day today priorites cleaniness comes is yhe least priority. My recommendations. 1. Awarness how to dispose waste. 2. Any individual can do this instead of waiting for the cleaning folks. E. Run a government order be for all states to enaure every 100mts are adopted by a group of societies or individuals. 5. They are responsible for ensuring that 100mtrs

Some thoughts on our country 1. We should provide dustbins at every 10 feet distance 2. Can the Police also check the vehicle exhaust? This is 1 of the main pollutants in the city. 3. Electricity board, telephones n road laying corporation should have a common system to intimate,if the first 2 have dug the roads. The road should be re-laid(not on a rainy day!). 4. Drainage outlet should be in the side of the road n not in the middle. Riders can avoid swerving.

Now a days a new problem is occurring of air pollution I don't know about all the states but in my state Tripura it is becoming a disaster. I am from Agartala the capital of Tripura here a large amount of fast food centres are opening up day by day & most of them are using exhaust fans to exhale the gasses being produced while cooking & they are exhaling this gasses directly to the air & the people near by face a lot of problem daily. Health of these people are deteriorating day by day.

By putting a small sticker of Swachh Bharat logo on all four wheeler specially on cars , on back side screen to remind all the time on road and road is major place where cleanlyness is most required. this will give tremendous advertisement of Swach Bharat Abhiyan that too all the time without much cost.

The main cause of uncleanliness are the plastic wrappers and non biodegradable things things, rest of them decompose by themselves, whenever I have a plastic wrapper in my hand I don't know where to throw it ,there are no plastic specific dustbins in our cities, kabadiwalas wo'nt take the polybags n wrappers etc. Thinking of the ultimate fate and result of that wrapper I feel that something must be done in this area, because ultimately it's this waste which leads to unclean and unhealthy India.

We can create water harvesting pits on road and highway dividers and stop flooding of roads and wasting water sending into drainage.

We dont have dustbins on each road..There our dustbins provided only in posh areas..common areas rarely have dustbins..as per my experience when i have to throw anything in dustbin i don't find it.so i keep it in my bag and throw it in my home dustbin..but im sure many people who want conviniency in everything throw it on roads because of no dustbin in vision.Hence i think dustbins shoud be provided in near distances.
