The Department of Telecommunications had requested the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to furnish its recommendations on ‘Spectrum uses charging for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and floor level of AGR based on amount of spectrum held by Commercial VSAT operators’ under section 11(1) of TRAI Act, 1997 as amended.

In this context, TRAI has prepared a consultation paper raising specific issues viz. rates of spectrum usage charges (SUC) based on adjusted gross revenue (AGR) for ISP licensee, minimum AGR for ISP licensee and VSAT licensee, allied issues like schedule of payment, charging of interest, penalty and other related issues. The Consultation Paper on ‘Spectrum Usage Charges and Presumptive Adjusted Gross Revenue for Internet Service Providers and Commercial Very Small Aperture Terminal Service Providers’ has been released on 19th August 2016 for comments of stakeholders and also uploaded on TRAI’s website (www.trai.gov.in).

आजकल internet का खर्चा हर रोज बढ रहा है, क्या कोई india का local internetहो सकता है। in this india can keep data of india not to share that global, even lot of chat, shopping, education can become cheap and more approach able to everyone.lot of local digital work will get promoted as this will be free to acess. Even its cost will be very less...this may require some change of hardware, but this will slowly make us independent in this area and we as a nation can do wonders in digital.

Hon'ble PM, Recovery from delinquent wilful defaulters is most crucial for health of banks and other lending institutions and need full support from all govt. agencies. I am CEO of SBI Card. Recently, the SP of Jamshedpur sided with one of our wilful defaulter in the city. First we were pressed by police to waive the outstanding. When we did not relent he managed an FIR against our Representative in Jamshedpur. In order to avoid harrasment to our honest employee we were forced to settle

ALL COMPANIES ARE MAKING SUPER ABNORMAL PROFITS WITH VARIOUS PRODUCT OFFERS. THE CONSUMERS ARE EXPLOITED. BSNL LOOSING ITS CREDIBILITY. PRIVATE TELE PROVIDERS SHOULD TAKE SOME SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CHARGE REASONABLY BY PROVIDING VARIOUS SERVICES SO THAT IN THE LONG RUN MORE CUSTOMERS OPTS THEIR PRODUCTS THUS THEY CAN WIN GOODWILL.
