National Telecom Policy:
1) It should be made compulsory for every service provider fulfils his promise of service.
2) The Malpractices in the Advertisement of the Plans should be Minimised.
3) Data or Talk time which is unused and the validity of which is over must also carry forwarded to the next recharge.
4) TRAI should dealer a maximum number of Mobile Numbers that the One Customer can Have.
5) There should be a guideline of Placing of Mobile Network Tower.
