In respect to CBDT, Hon.PM & Govt. made positive effort & made policy, not to harrass honest and small assessee, for which, the concept of issue base scrutiny circular issued by CBDT, but,the AO & Deputy commissioner,Bhavnagar Guj. demanding irrelavent details from the assessee, whose taxable income are legally NIL,approach of AO will break down the economy & co-operative sector Banking/co-operative/financial institution, quick action required to save the co-operative sector & gram/urban eco.

It may be hard to think that a vehicle purchased by owner to stop after 15 years. But, a remedy being non technical person, I propose even for the present 4wheelers also is that -INSTEAD OF LEAVING SMOKE DIRECTLY INTO OPEN AIR WITH PRESENT SYTEM, TAKE 5cm to 10cm GAP FROM THE EMISSION PIPE AT WHERE ONE MORE COLLECTING PIPE OF LARGE DIA WILL BE INSTALLED TO ROUTING THE SAME INTO A CHAMBER OF VEHICLE EXCLUSIVELY PROVISIONED BY SACRIFICING AT SEAT SIZE, THIS CHAMBER SLOWER THE EMISSION OUTING

In JALANDHAR (PUNJAB), every single item connected with good governance is awfully slow. From cleanliness to providing amenities to the citizens, the thing are allowed to follow their course in their own way. Nobody in the administration seems to be awake to the fact that he can at any point of time be held accountable to any act of omission and commission. AS A MATTER OF FACT, THE AUTHORITIES SEEM TO BE AFFECTED WITH THE INFECTION OF SELF-RIGHTEOUSNESS. THEY MUST CHANGE THEIR STANCE.

The Hon'ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has all along been emphasizing the need to give a push to the development works. All concerned are, thus, called upon to see that this aspect of governance doesn't lag behind. IT IS INCUMBENT UPON THE AUTHORITIES CONCERNED IN EVERY UNIT OF ADMINISTRATION IN THE. COUNTRY TO MOVE AHEAD FAST WITH THE COOPERATION OF THE PEOPLE. BUT THE AUTHORITIES IN MOST OF THE CASES ARE SLOW, NOT KEEPING PACE WITH THE TIMES.
