quality in teaching and training, promoting application based teaching with well designed training programs taught by experts. Proper valuation by competitive pay packet and constant upgradation of teachers' skills. In short, quality all around. Investment in research on best practices in education and promoting indigenous research applicable to the Indian context. Some guts are needed to achieve this glory. No short cuts for this one.
