Sir, for the wide popularity of Digital India, and to reach all the IT enabled services to the common man, my suggestion is that the priority may be given for the platform independence of all applications. The open source operating systems like linux can be used by common man to get it without any license fee or payment. But most of the applications of the government departments works only with windows applications only. Please consider my suggestion for the boosting of Digital India. Sunoj K

Sir if the dream of DIGITAL INDIA has to be fulfilled the government should reduce the tariff rates. This reduction in tariff would prove to be beneficial for the country as the farmers will get access to maximum requirements for the betterment of their crops and yield. Talented youth of the rural area will also get required exposure to the world. Hence it will also give great impetus to SKILL DEVELOPMENT. Jay hind

Provide complete free internet access to farmers/ to needy economically backwards, just not eservices, because telcos are trying to promote this by claiming social responsibility #netneutrality , they are just trying to mint money along with already existing big players, killing competition at nascent stage. Providing net kiosks at panchayat office, educating people way to use, etc will help people to learn how to use these services .

Fast, reliable and affordable Mobile Internet is the Key to success of Digital India. However, the GOI policy makes Internet slow, expensive and unreliable as GOI is only trying to maximize income by selling Airwaves at costly prices. This makes it expensive to provide good infrastructure by Telecom Companies. By not using Spectrum below 1000 Mhz, the reliability of mobiles gets worse. So, a HUGE INCREASE IN CALL DROPS. Only sub-1000 Mhz frequencies have wide dispersion and max penetration.
