Yesterday I scanned a pt.and pleural effusion was detected. Most of the times the cause will be TB of lungs. No body is here to tap the fluid. Result the pt. has to go to district Hq.He has to arrange for finance. In the meantime he may spread the disease. Earlier pvt. Drs were involved for Cu T insertion, administration of polio drops etc.lack of proper facilities, lack of involvement of medical fraternity ends up with failure of national programmes and emergence of resistant microbes.

River linking projects be executed at faster rate targeting those areas where more amount of river water is wasted or creating more havoc. This will immediately give relief for long term havocs of the rivers and channelizing to other dry areas will lessen the impact of such flood fury. Also pave the way for new storage facilities in the dry areas.the challenge here is land to be used for such canals be efficiently compensated. This will pave the way for modern sustainable constructions.

Watershed Management, We have been using technologies such as Remote Sensing and GIS, what is outcome of those maps and action plan prepared by various government agencies. Can someone have a look at them and atleast start identifying priority Watersheds and work on it in collaboration with officials?
