I had watched the telecast of Satyameva Jayate on dt, 26.10.2014 which dealt with the one of the most deadly disease of TB. I want to give suggestion to the govt. that it need to do some upgradation in the DOTS programme run by it and include in it the most important test to distinguish Normal TB and MDRTB as there is much difference between both. MDRTB is more dangerous as compared to normal TB and also there are different medicine for these both. And hence test should be conducted for MDRTB.

What is of paramount importance is National Security Interests. This cannot be hijacked by some blatant parochial group interest. The matter is too serious to be left to the whims or fancy of the bureaucracy. If the MHA cannot decide then let the people decide whose security is the Government of India’s responsibility.
