At the face of bill name shall be strongly suggested to be changed to ' People Institute of Foreign Trade '. People word is picked from Constitution of India Preamble , ' We people of India ......It is desirable that everywhere, any where, some where People shall be addressed above any other name eg Public Sector Unit ( PSU) to be changed to People Sector Unit , Government Undertaking to be replaced by People Undertaking, Comission to be renamed People Comission and so on. Also suggested to launch People as a Country Brand will be of highest value brand in world and will also promote India Intellectual Property Rights ( IIPR) Policy 2016 . Alone Brand value will create parallel economy of multi fold existing India economy to create new avenues and meet and sustain revenue challenges under adverse global circumstances.

My suggestion on the draft Indian Institute of Foreign Trade Bill, 2022 is “according to the syllabus, books written by the best authors should be made available for all the students to read.”

Foreign trade bill is a concept to increase in export of goods and services with support of strong infrastructure। १ Strong इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को बढ़ावा दिए जाने कि जरूरत है ताकि व्यापार को बढ़ाने में मदद मिल सके। २ लोकल प्रोडक्ट को बढ़ावा दिए जाने कि जरूरत है ।इससे हमारा लोकल उद्योग को प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा। ३ ग्लोबल एक्सपोजर कि जरूरत है ताकि हमारे देश का समान दुनिया के बाज़ार में प्रतिस्पर्धा कर सकने में समर्थ हो। ४ ट्रेड संबंधित कानून को आसान बनाने कि हरुरत है ।इससे ट्रेड को बहुत लाभ होगा।सब प्रक्रिया एक सिंगल window ke madhyam se hona chahiya।

It is time to see inclusively not exclusively within the narrow side of ' definition' , resonable restrictions, limitations etc. .
