#CleanGanga Discharging of milk,flour,dead bodies,ash should be banned.Local people should be made partner in this program because no program can be successful without the participation of local people.More ever huge penalty should be levied from person who pollute river which could be utilized for cleaning river ganga.

there's a simple way to clean ganga i.e giving the task to the people residing by the banks of ganga..a lot of pollution is caused regularly by the local people residing by the banks of ganga...if local people can be taught somehow to change their daily habits then ganga cleaning programme can be made easy

when u give additional charge to Mr. Suresh Prabhu see to it that he handles with railways, water transport, water movement which are interrelated. hope u would heed and complete the project of connectivity within one year it is possible through pipes, (undergound, on the ground, 5 inch pipes, canals, small reservoir of 150000 litres every 50kms and think u can do it as advised by Dr Kalam include him as an advisor. There should be a separate ghat for worshiping and all religious activities...and dead bodies should not be inflowed in rivers...and there should also be automated filters connected to it

Water filters should be fit inside or else introduce any such type of which can clean water in every 2days so that who pours milk, or do any type of religious activities or worship ganga will be cleaned in every 1 or2 days

I am not sure if both -tourism and clean Ganga- go together ! Most of the Indians are socially inert, dirty and careless and when out of their home they are more so. Foreigners in any case are not bothered about our country.They are either bothered about finding faults here or laughing at us or learning from India. I feel water sports like rafting, boating and river side camping along Ganga should immediately be stopped as a first step. Also the stste govt.needs to introspect their "Development"

from my suggestion:- this can be only be done by- 1. increasing our infrastructure, near the banks, of river ganga which includes road, hotals,bridges etc. for boasting our tourism sector. 2.By making ideal ghats, which will provides all the basic recuriments. 3.like railway, roadway there should be a water way transportation which will surely boast our tourism as well as it well also helps in cleaning our river. 4.a special force like "GANGA PROTECTION FORCE" that should be made.
