Sir, the cleanliness in railway coaches can only be ascertained by emulating the 'SULABH' model. By outsourcing the cleaning staff at the coaches on pay & use basis. The staff will ensure cleanliness, water, soap etc at the toilet and will get paid by users. There will be no burden on the railway while passengers will gladly pay for using a clean toilet. Under the present system, we all use(or rather abuse) the facility and litter the place. This will also curb such practice & provide employment

few things that government needs to do to have impact of clean India. One, provide sufficient number of waste bins so that people who wish to keep India clean, use them. This must be cleared every day by corporations. Two, pickup segregated garbage from home and give money for this to those who keep different wastes separately. Use this garbage for making fertilizers and composts, recycle the recyclable and use building material for making roads. Send the compost to farmers & gas to power plant

Do we ever throw the news papers? No. Never! We preserve them in our congested house because we get a small money in exchange. If we extend the same concept for all the waste, we can create Swachh Bharat and also contribute to our economy. We can sell our wastes to generate wormicompost that can be utilized for organic farming in villages. We can earn by selling recyclable waste too. Building material waste also has value. Only thing required is to channelize resource to make Zero Waste Cities

Swacch Bharat. Hon'ble PM, In many countries, garbage is being used to generate energy (electricity) While, they are LOOKING for garbage to feed their garbage-conversion plants, in India, we have too much garbage, we are unable to dispose it off and are, in-fact, burning most of it, thus wasting it. Please explore this venture, it will boost electricity and give jobs to lakhs of people. This initiative, is is being practiced in Switzerland/Sweden. Kindly give this TOP PRIORITY at the earliest
