The tough task is to implement the innovations,as it needs huge investment and supervision. Manual scavenging can be abolished by the implementation of right technology by the right hands. If a state Government can distribute laptops, then modular waterless toilets can also be constructed.

AS today all people including rural might have mobiles but not toilets. since mobile can be purchased but not toilet. We can make a complete modular toilet. Which will be portable, reliable and efficient to use. Think that we have 1. water tanks of plastic/fiber. 2. Pipes of plastic/fibre 3. doors and windows of plastic/fibre. 4. Absorbs fan of plastic/fibre. Complete mold for toilet could be made. A single unit made of plastic. We can use Waste plastic too for this. Engineers can help

more bio toilets should be introduced, exmp: now i am in rameswaram, but there is no bio toilets, gov. should encourage to fix toilets, even gov. can fix toilets and ask the lodge/hotel peoples to maintain on regular basis, further traditionally rameswaram is always talked along with varanasi, as sister town, all devotees mostly visits both places, moreover being varanasi is our beloved PM constitution, i humbly request Modiji to consider rameswaram too on this clean city campaign.

Manual scavenging should be gradually eliminated lets say by 50% to start with. Government should allocate enough funds for procuring latest machines/equipment. The money spent on this is worth spending. The manual scavengers can be used as manpower to operate these machines/equipment with suitable remuneration. Allocation of funds for procurement of machines/equipment can be funded equally by the Government of India and the respective State Governments.

most important is to place trash cans on all the roads and recycling it properly on time as some people say plastic is main problem there is a solution to this as some countries uses waste plastic and turn is into ployster https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zyF9MxlcItw as we recycle the waste into some useful products land fills get reduced and may even disappear which help us to cultivate the land or to construct buildings in that land and slowly india will become cleaned india
