As there are projects in Examination the karyakarta,MPs MLAs,Counsellers should be given projects every monthly so that new work for humanity are done and their efficency comes before higher authority i have a ready project on this new youth gets opprtunity to prove themself and their work gets them identity before party n people

There are qualities of leadership what you need is a platform in every town to find out such youths & polish their qualities.Govt should build such organisations which provides platform to such youths conditioned It must be free from culprit politicians. The organisation should enhance the qualities of such youths which will stronger the youth base & will give rise to a strngr INDIA

1. Spiritual Training, 2. Introduction to our Bharatheeya Samskaram, 3. Knowledge about Values, 4. Study of Gita ( classes ), 5. Removal of blind faiths, 6. Understanding 'Dignity of Labour', 7. Developing skills, in the school level, 8. Best students should be encouraged to take teaching as profession, 9. Next best must be inducted in the military, para military, police, 10, Third best must go for agriculture, commerce, business, industries and so on, 11. Fourth best must take up service.

They should be taught how to be a good Orator and to Understand the problems of faced by the local people how to solve them . they should know how to sway the mind of people in the welfare of the Nation.

Sir, our first duty for developing our youth is direct recruitment of TEACHERS in every schools, colleges. because teachers are engineers of our society. They can make base of our ideal youth but today various organizations who are handling schools & colleges engaged in the monopally in recruitment of teachers. Please do an immegiate action in this section.

sir, there is a need to make separate lanes for cycles on the road so that people who feel that there is need reduce pollution do not face any big problems. sir if u move on cycle at any event people would be very encouraged to take on cycles as their mode of transport.

The Staff Selection Commission should take online CGL Examination. Coz nakal mafia bhot active hai jo industrious student ko demoralize kar rha hai. Sayad nakal mafia ki wajeh se bhi merit high ho rhi h. Mai ye nhi keh rha k sabhi student nakal kr rhe hai lekin agar 10 student ka selection bhi nakal ki wajeh se ho rha hai to wo un 10 mehnati student ka future destroy kar rhe jo din raat is exam ki preparation me dete hai.
