Youth is very energetic, many youth want to work for social causes but don't have platform for the same. Why cann't govt include them in there social initiatives....as like clean india drive and other social cause. Govt can make a task force of youths who are willing to do the same work. may be same for any disaster or any other happening. I think this will give them exposure and leadership qualities will be developed automatically.
