हाल ही में माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने रक्षा क्षेत्र में केंद्रीय बजट प्रावधानों के प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन पर वेबिनार को संबोधित किया है। अपने संबोधन के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि वेबिनार का बहुत महत्व है क्योंकि यह देश के रक्षा क्षेत्र को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे पर केंद्रित था।

प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि आज देश में जो रक्षा गलियारे बनाए जा रहे हैं, वे स्थानीय उद्यमियों और स्थानीय विनिर्माण में भी मदद करेंगे। आज हमारे रक्षा क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भरता को - "जवान और साथ ही युवा" इन दो मोर्चों के सशक्तिकरण के रूप में देखा जाना चाहिए।

रक्षा क्षेत्र से संबंधित केंद्रीय बजट में प्रमुख घोषणाएं इस प्रकार हैं और हम जनता और अन्य हितधारकों से विचार और सुझाव आमंत्रित कर रहे है-
• रक्षा में पूंजी परिव्यय के लिए बजटीय व्यय में लगभग 19% की वृद्धि हुई। यह 15 साल में सर्वाधिक है।
• निजी निवेशकों के लिए अवसरों को बढ़ाने के लिए इस क्षेत्र में विनिवेश।
• सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की इकाइयों द्वारा (रक्षा मंत्रालय के तहत) हवाई जहाजों और इसके किसी हिस्से निर्माण के लिए पुर्जों के आयात पर सीमा शुल्क की दरों को कम कर नगण्य करना।

आज मुझे बहुत दुख के साथ कहना पड़ रहा है कैमरा सिवनी में आर्मी से मेरा मित्र शहीद हो गया हमें भी विचार करना होगा हमें पाकिस्तान को किस प्रकार जवाब देना है मुझे गर्व है उन सैनिकों पर देश के लिए छुट्टियां नहीं देते अपना काम करते रहते हैं ठंडी हो गर्मी मुझे आपसे बहुत गर्व है सौभाग्य मिले तो मैं भी इस में काम करना चाहूंगा देशहित हमारे लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण काम करता है देश के लिए हमें कुछ ना कुछ काम का नहीं है देश की रक्षा करना हमारा कर्तव्य है भारत माता की जय

sir,hopes & aspirations for country make us soldiers. conscripts r made soldiers & nobly gentries r bestowed with offrs in previous era. Buddy system came into india during colonial era where a British offr posted in india which was alien to him needed local help for guidence and communication with native locals.so buddy worked the best to protect him during his stint in india.But CAS projected in a TV show something else.now all offrs r indian & can handle it.Non combatants can do such buddy.tk

Sir, retired soldiers given opportunity to serve in group d posts is very humiliating to the bravery. it states that they have remained jawans mean perrenial youth so that they can work with 15 to 20 yrs less aged workers physically. sepoys would remain ever sepoys no change in mentality and physicality with them. this is our planners cum intelligensias planning,thinking and executing patterns.this govt states to be different but nothing reflected in ground.how buddy system to be there in indeed

Sir,why retired soldiers r employed in gp'd' services in central govt organizations which narrate the state of love & affection shown on them by our successive governments and fellow citizens. A man is conscripted to serve the country by chaining him in a invisible chain called discipline is first and foremost most and the end reward is assigned to a group d post which does not fit to his age and time. the one who joined in gp d posts at young age would supervise him means no respect of retd one

peace talk ,bullahit peacetalk who get virus of peace in hindu religion or mind,in our flag ashoka chakra and his symbol how big his kingdom up to Afghanistan and cisr countries and some time hindu rulers rule Indonesia Malaysia and upto Cambodia.and what Muslim religion come and fighter now all big hindu kingdom finish it is just small india, make old big india and fight 10 wars required than people fear of india and hindu that's image we must have,bull shit peace talk go to China follow budha

sir, talk with Pakistan,they are cheaters,liars,when they weak thanthey talk of peace when they strong than they kill our man rape our women,never trust pakistan or Muslim.so peace talk with pakistan but carefully.give daoud and Maher assud plus 4 other terrorist leaders than vacate pokemon Kazmir and gilgit than we talk,see result!!!. talk is just talk no result.peace talk is biggest cheating done by pakistan.
