स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, भारत में एकीकृत स्वा स्य्झा सूचना प्रणाली तैयार करने के लिए उत्तयरदायी राष्ट्री य ई स्वा स्य्वा प्राधिकरण (एन. ई. एच. ए.) की स्थापना प्रस्तावित करता है। यह रोगियों की स्वारस्य्ण संबंधी सूचनाओं एवं रिकॉर्डों की गोपनीयता तथा सुरक्षा से संबंधित विधियों एवं विनियमों को लागू करने के लिए भी उत्त‍रदायी होगा।

स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय इस दस्तावेज़ पर आपकी टिप्पणी / सुझाव / विचार प्रदान करने की प्रार्थना करता है।

1)abolish all health cards provided till date as it creates confusion and citizens misuse both central and state govt scheme ,and allot all-in-one Health Card 2)there should be one central govt Scheme, one state govt scheme,one from others like esic etc,so no confusion 3)e-health card should be provided only by agencies like UIDAI/voter id Dept/PAN card Dept, and tag'd and there should be online health record should be made available

In this universe percentage of human population is even less than 1% among all living creature having life & remaining 99% creatures do not get any kind of medical facilities,nor attend any lectures on health but still they are surviving.All the people also do not get required medical assistance due to non-availability of experienced doctors or due to their poorness still many of them cure themselves,whereas some patients are not cured even after getting required medical assistance.

NeHA should also formulate clear regulations on digitalisation entire supply chain of health care service. from hospitals to private practitioners, pharmacies, pathologies and insurance companies. E commerce in health care and online pharmacies should also be kept in mind while making any rule or regulations.

DAY BY DAY THE USE OF SMARTPHONE BY THE PEOPLE IS INCREASING.WE SHOULD TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SOCIETY.AN ANDROID BASE APPS NAMED FIRST AID BY BRITISH REDCROSS SOCIETY IS VERY USEFUL FROM EVERY POINT OF VIEW LIKE EARTHQUAKE,CHEMICAL ATTACK,HEART ATTACK,CUTS....ETC.THE APPS COMES WITH VIDEO PRESENTATION FOR EVERY TOPIC AND SELF TEST.GOVERNMENT SHOULD NOW ON DEVELOP THE SAME APPS IN ALL INDIAN REGIONAL LANGUAGES AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.WIDE PUBLICITY ALSO REQUIRED AFTER THAT.

Every Hospital(Doctor) shall be allocated an ID-linked to Govt.record - The patient must have right to register feed back of each doctor. The prescription written by Doctors and the fee chargesd by them must be entered in Govt. Health Portal by the Chemist shop. Thus by the above step Govt. will have the record of each paitient and doctors (can be shorted patientwise or doctorwise) Also feed back by patient can be entered by patient by login ID on this Govt. Health Portal.

you can make national E-authority that will surely will benefit however my question is if by creating can you fulfil the national objective of give good treatment to every last individual of this human and animal society of our country? indiscipline and unobjective task execution is the biggest challenge of this country and that waste around 100000 crore every year.and throwing our progress back by 1 step each year.

We need to set-up video conferencing medical specialist command center in each states and give access to the Primary Health Centers, so that the Physicians in PHC’s can talk to the specialists and provide quality treatment to the people. This will address specialist shortage in government hospitals and reduce patient transfer from rural hospitals.
