स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, भारत में एकीकृत स्वा स्य्झा सूचना प्रणाली तैयार करने के लिए उत्तयरदायी राष्ट्री य ई स्वा स्य्वा प्राधिकरण (एन. ई. एच. ए.) की स्थापना प्रस्तावित करता है। यह रोगियों की स्वारस्य्ण संबंधी सूचनाओं एवं रिकॉर्डों की गोपनीयता तथा सुरक्षा से संबंधित विधियों एवं विनियमों को लागू करने के लिए भी उत्त‍रदायी होगा।

9.First let every citizen have aadhar card. Link aadhar with e-Health system to make citizens avail free health facilities. A citizen must produce his/her aadhar card. Annual health insurance of no more than 200/- per person can be done by government. It ideally means raising 25000 crores approx. to give free medicial facilities for minor illness. For major illness, a concession be given in public hospital or even if a person gets it oprated from private hospitals some minimum rebate mst b givn

7. Laboratory test prices have gone up drastically in last few years. Also,becaus of doctors having tie-up with laboratories and medical stores, doctors uselessly presribe tests and medicines for which a partient has to pay extra money. It is common practice. If a common man knows it , does not regulatory body has any idea.

6. Medical Institutes are providing MBBS degree starting from 25 lacs to 2 crores. It should not happen. Ultimately, a student after graduating from such institute will either work on high salary or open his/her own clinic and charge exponentially high rates from patients from OPD to tests and treatments. Where is the regulatory body? What is regulatory body doing? Parents do not complain as they want to see their child becoming a doctor. Mindset of people is such that if he/she complains to reg

1. Drug prices of top 10 selling companies need to be lowered down. 2. Out patient fee of private doctors should not be more than 50/- in smaller towns and 100/- in metropolitans. 3. Private Doctors/Hospitals give facilities like AC,parking,chairs,recliners. It does not mean they will charge anything b/w 200 to 550/-. 4. Cleanliness is one thing which govt hospitals should learn from private hospitals like Fortis,Apollo,etc.
