स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, भारत में एकीकृत स्वा स्य्झा सूचना प्रणाली तैयार करने के लिए उत्तयरदायी राष्ट्री य ई स्वा स्य्वा प्राधिकरण (एन. ई. एच. ए.) की स्थापना प्रस्तावित करता है। यह रोगियों की स्वारस्य्ण संबंधी सूचनाओं एवं रिकॉर्डों की गोपनीयता तथा सुरक्षा से संबंधित विधियों एवं विनियमों को लागू करने के लिए भी उत्त‍रदायी होगा।

स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय इस दस्तावेज़ पर आपकी टिप्पणी / सुझाव / विचार प्रदान करने की प्रार्थना करता है।

Sounds Good...But surely going to be a tough task and need training. Data's to be collected State levels and State Health Ministry to connect with the Centre. My main question is how this is going to implement in the suburbs, villages etc? Anyway I am sure we can find solutions for this. Good Luck.

But they can do it only with the permission and login of the patient or their family members. There will also be a column for the cause and nature of the disease. Anyone can see anyone's family details except about their health and treatment info if it is too personal and confidential. It helps others to find if it is true or false in case they receive any govt. benefits so that frauds can be prevented. And on the main page, the department gives all major diseases info, precautions, treatments

Then individual health details. It contains their blood group, vaccination details they took, previous diseases they faced if any, treatment they received, hospital and doctor details, medicines details and the results. Each family tree will be in the name of the head and all they will access it with a single secure password. Coming to doctors part, there should be another icon or tab for doctors in which only qualified and authorized doctors will register and have the access with their ids.

I think the main purpose of this project is to make all Indians be informed about all diseases they frequently receive or make them cautious about newly born and developed and give them remedies to prevent and cure them. In this case, the website should be designed in the form of a family tree. This tree must contain the columns of Surname, name, father name, age,permanent address, present address, Aadhaar Card number, pan card number. A family group photo will be advantage. yes very rapid step for people of india.first GOI repair the bodies of MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA,DIRECTORATE OF MEDICAL BOARDS OF VARIOUS STATE GOV.imean pls upgrade these bodies. india need state-ofthe-art health mission but our federal system good co-ordination shoud must between GOI & STATE GOVERNMENTS.national e-health authority establishment concept very useful thought pls take steps as soon as for establishment...........

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life. Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.

Good morning sir As per our field experience. We found that the doctors &paramedicstaff not taking responsible their jobs. I saw no of patients but they doesn't know there problems. It's main cause of patients &doctors &staff relationship. First of all we create good environmental conditions. And explain to the problems. And give counseling also improve there health.
