Exchange programs for youth between different universities should be encouraged. Often youth do not get the opportunity to experience the culture of different states of India. Part of the hostel should be reserved for this purpose.

Besides education, youth should be also taught emergency handling example, first aid, how to tie a different type of knot, etc to rescue people, and what to do in case of a road emergency.
