एमडीएनआईवाई, एमओए और माईजीओवी को "जीवन शैली और शारीरिक गतिविधि में बड़े प्रभाव के लिए योग अभ्यास को बढ़ाने के लिए कामकाजी पेशेवर में वाई-ब्रेक की भूमिका" पर सभी भारतीयों के दिमाग को चुनने के लिए एक चर्चा की मेजबानी करते हुए प्रसन्नता हो रही है।

Y-Break app is great initiative by the Ministry of Ayush. It helps me to relax and de-stress by doing simple Yoga practices at my workplace. I really appreciate the effort and determination of many software engineers and Ministry of Ayush behind the development of this app, but I hope this app is made available to all the users of latest android versions as the app is only available on older versions of android.
