भारत सरकार ने मौजूदा आधिकारिक मान्यता और रैंकिंग सिस्टम में बढ़ती चिंताओं को दूर करने के लिए एक हाई-लेवल कमेटी का गठन किया था। इस समिति ने रणनीतिक सुधारों को लागू करने पर विचार किया, जो राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के विज़न के अनुरूप है और प्रौद्योगिकी-संचालित आधुनिक प्रणालियों के जरिए सत्यापित और सुरक्षित केंद्रीकृत डेटाबेस के साथ उच्च शैक्षणिक संस्थानों की मान्यता और रैंकिंग के लिए एक सरल, विश्वास-आधारित, वस्तुनिष्ठ और तर्कसंगत प्रणाली अपनाने की आवश्यकता पर विचार किया। समिति ने हितधारकों के लिए कारोबार को आसान बनाने, संस्थानों/कार्यक्रमों के चयन के लिए अधिक जानकारी वाले विकल्प चुनने में छात्रों की सुविधा प्रदान करने के तरीकों पर भी विचार किया।

कई विचार-विमर्श के बाद, एक उच्च-स्तरीय समिति ने उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार को 'भारत के सभी उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों के समय-समय पर आकलन और आधिकारिक मान्यता को मज़बूत करने के लिए परिवर्तनकारी सुधार' उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार को.

इसके आलोक में माईगव ने शिक्षा मंत्रालय के सहयोग से सभी हितधारकों से रिपोर्ट को अंतिम रूप देने के लिए फीडबैक और सुझाव मांगे हैं।

इस रिपोर्ट को अब 15 अगस्त, 2023 तक के लिए सार्वजनिक कर दिया गया है।

mobile devices, specially smartphones are a tool for which a certain level of understanding of responsibility is important. hence a suggestion for license to use mobile device should be considered. Maybe at age 16 and above. unrestricted usage of mobile is causing mayhem in society.

2 Strengthening = do group wise student_ on different subject matters or concerns isssue or current situation _ solution do_body/ lcommittee/board/agency 2 bring standard in education that will use in rest of life(not just job orietd, lmoney machine ) 2 bring Reform= any reform itself " Solving Form " how * 1st be solution makers instead of problem creater * observe your surroundings there r hidden solution actually problem itself r solution inhance such thinking * reform system 1st_ find out what r defects _defects search in own observation not search on net _do such kind of programme onces a week &same issue repeat twice a yr cause " Only Things Doesn't Gonna Changes Your Approch 2 Obsere It Also Gonna Changes " 4 Accreditation = accreditation will work mostly _ after study complete &during Studing whatever subject u learn 4 this *need " work in Team " any profession needs this *then Cordination or healthy debate in discussion ....

periodic assessment intended 2 _ originality in2 Learing process *skill *observe by senses *Availability how could merge/convert in2 _ Ability so according 2this _ twice a yr - do program of learing trough discussion * how 2 form Orignality in2 _ student or any learning actually u know _ every im4mation available on net beside this read from - ready-made material try 2 develop own skilling observation & issues by what observe by senses so there 4 if _ give small kind of activities which they daily face or act or live in that eg_ on their way what they see or observe what problem they see eg_ traffic or not clean area put down in notes _& with solution even mostly people lie in _flat system so _ Living Area also cn be Study Criteria " Their Daily Route or Routine " this will help * as Aware Citizen * problem solving - attitude, Life दृष्टिकोण matters * period requently re-again / repeat on same issue so it more help _understanding issues ...

Higher education institutions should take proper curriculum that shows way for progress but not repeating false statements like laws of Thermodynamics.Carnot limited them for only heat enginies or low grade energy machines but not for high grade energies like air,water and Gravity . Thermodynamics are important and if we study it from beginning to end like G Claude , Whilmhelm Ostald and Boyle perpetual motion machines for free energy which leads to Gibbs free energy Prigogine theorem , Nernest theorem combined study and understanding make us to ignore partial impossible statements not laws in the name of nature law and prohibitions in patent laws in patent offices appear not proper. It supress many enthusiastic innovators prevent search on their Perpetual motion machine. But many didn't care those laws and sparing time.Certainly some succeeded,but higher education institutions may not listen and recognise them due to false beliefs they need to be ignored in curriculum .pl consider

Develop comprehensive and up-to-date accreditation criteria like including academic quality, infrastructure , faculty qualification.... Ensure transparency in the accreditation process which gives a clear guidelines & documentation requirements. Give training and workshops in institute to help them to improve their performance and develop their skill.
