भारत सरकार ने मौजूदा आधिकारिक मान्यता और रैंकिंग सिस्टम में बढ़ती चिंताओं को दूर करने के लिए एक हाई-लेवल कमेटी का गठन किया था। इस समिति ने रणनीतिक सुधारों को लागू करने पर विचार किया, जो राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के विज़न के अनुरूप है और प्रौद्योगिकी-संचालित आधुनिक प्रणालियों के जरिए सत्यापित और सुरक्षित केंद्रीकृत डेटाबेस के साथ उच्च शैक्षणिक संस्थानों की मान्यता और रैंकिंग के लिए एक सरल, विश्वास-आधारित, वस्तुनिष्ठ और तर्कसंगत प्रणाली अपनाने की आवश्यकता पर विचार किया। समिति ने हितधारकों के लिए कारोबार को आसान बनाने, संस्थानों/कार्यक्रमों के चयन के लिए अधिक जानकारी वाले विकल्प चुनने में छात्रों की सुविधा प्रदान करने के तरीकों पर भी विचार किया।

कई विचार-विमर्श के बाद, एक उच्च-स्तरीय समिति ने उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार को 'भारत के सभी उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों के समय-समय पर आकलन और आधिकारिक मान्यता को मज़बूत करने के लिए परिवर्तनकारी सुधार' उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार को.

इसके आलोक में माईगव ने शिक्षा मंत्रालय के सहयोग से सभी हितधारकों से रिपोर्ट को अंतिम रूप देने के लिए फीडबैक और सुझाव मांगे हैं।

इस रिपोर्ट को अब 15 जुलाई, 2023 तक के लिए सार्वजनिक कर दिया गया है।

1. My sincere suggestion is don't go with quantative study make it qualitative easy to understand crisp like the system of gurukulas followed earlier focusing mainly on the practical knowledge rather than byhearting that we see now & then in every institutions making students mugging up concepts instead of understanding the concept in order to just get more marks & starting their mainly focusing on for institutions with high placement rate with high package 2. secondly most of the institutes even though having good infrastructure their is lack of use of those equipments &even if we see mostly govt. institutions the infrastructure was completely was not even being used with most colleges with no proper practicals no proper assessment of student so my sincere appeal is that unless until the base of teachers is strong the students need to face many problems in the upcoming future which would severely effect students of middle class mostly lack of teachers is also the main reason.sir.

Sir - Please make all the CFTI equipped with very good labs. My humble suggestion is to provide a good budget outlay for all CFTI (IIT, NIT and IIIT) to have excellent lab facilities. Especially with the push for semi-con, the kind of infra and equipment that is needed in institutions to make our students market ready is very much lacking sir. It is mostly simulated or mere academic reading is what they do. One thing is to call these institutions "Institute of National Importance" and the other thing is to really make them one and currently there is a seriously lack of infra and lab facilities in these institutions. This would improve the industry academia improvement as well and will attract industry to invest in these institutions to incubate centers of excellence, not just in IITs , but across other CFTI as well. While we get brilliant minds who crack JEE to get into these institutes , it is important that we nurture them that way. Thank you.

It is imperative to develop, improve & ensure the standards of our higher education institutions. These standards must be commensurate and consistent with present employment & industry requirements. Quality in means quality out, which gets reflected in our students coming out from them. Reforms suggested are: 1) defining a policy for qualitative standards. 2) Defining standard operating guidelines, for admission tests, admission procedures, syllabus, theory & internships, regular assessment, in terms of specific measurable objectives.3) Qualified and attitudinal teachers 4) Regular quality improvement courses for teachers. 5) Prevention of corruption in university admissions and administration. 6) Govt preferably, not to manage higher educational institutions. 7) Abolish private coaching schools that make the playing field not level. The affluent can afford to take coaching courses and perform better in competitive exams. For a level playing field, abolish. prevent private coaching

There is 15% NRI/Management quota which should be reduced and change to 10% Management quota only and additional 10% NRI quota (other than total seats). For example there are 100 seats in a college/university. So we can have 90% normal seats and 10% Management seats (100%) and in addition to that institute can have upto 10% NRI quota seats admissions (for which admissions are undertaken by institute itself). It can lead us to a total admissions upto 110 . So that no one from merit has injustice and no seats from merits remain vacant. And this will help us to fight against corruption in admissions.

higher education we need to raise quality of student and teachers with institute name. collage hold elections to elect secretary & leader to raise issue collage issue.(this become political) we need to raise standard so we need to understand student view ,logical or has per his understanding. 1. at the end of the year university has to conduct highly confidential questioner, related to professor, institution,

1.Please first evaluate why regular Indian citizens State government employees,Private employees,Farmers,Businessmen wards are not allowed to study in Army schools,Kendarya vidyalaya? 2.Are regular Indian citizens second class citizens of India? 3.Do regular Indian citizens not paying taxes ? 4.Why Government employees wards should study in Kendra vidyalaya,while regular Indian citizens wards should study in Jawahar Navodaya vidyalaya ,can anyone explain Equality and Justice ? 5.If every citizens are equal before law why no admission granted for regular citizens in Army schools,Kendra vidyalaya ,army colleges,if granted regular citizens should pay fee and clear exams,while government wards study for free ,is this equality and justice, So Government should first evaluate how admission is done at primary to high school level in KV,Army school ,colleges ,and treat every citizens equally 6.No lawyers,No Newspaper,No politicians will talk about and keep on saying equality is everywhere
