भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण वर्तमान में नागरिको की सुविधाओं के अनुरुप एक इंटरफेस बनाने की योजना बना रहा है जो कि एनएच यात्रियों की सभी राजमार्ग संबंधी जरूरतों को पूरा कर सकता है। NHAI के पास पहले से ही सुखद यात्रा नामक एक Android मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन है (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rsawh.nhia&hl=en_IN&gl=US) जिसे अपग्रेड करने और आगे बढ़ाने की आवश्यकता है।

नागरिकों की जरूरतों को बेहतर ढंग से पूरा करने के लिए अतिरिक्त सुविधाओं / एकीकरण के साथ सुखद यात्रा ऐप को कैसे बेहतर बनाया जा सकता है, इस पर सुझाव/विचार साझा करने के लिए नागरिकों को आमंत्रित किया जाता है। इसका उद्देश्य एनएच पर यात्रा कर रहे यात्रियों के अनुभव में सुधार करना और दोतरफा संचार का मजबूतिकरण करना है।

उपकरण सीमित नहीं होगा, लेकिन निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों को कवर कर सकता है:
● • निर्माण और रखरखाव गतिविधियों के बारे में यूजर्स को सूचित करना
• यूजर्स को राजमार्ग या राजमार्ग गतिविधियों की स्थिति से संबंधित शिकायत दर्ज करने की अनुमति देना जैसे टोल (उदाहरण के लिए, यदि टोल गेट के लिए प्रतीक्षा समय बहुत लंबा है या यदि फास्टैग गेट पर काम नहीं कर रहा है)
• यूजर्स को एक चालक के रूप में अपने अनुभव के आधार पर राजमार्ग के आसपास की विभिन्न विशेषताओं पर राजमार्गों को रेट करने की अनुमति मिलेगी (अनुभव की नकारात्मक और सकारात्मक दोनों विशेषताओं पर, उदाहरण के लिए कि क्या NH एक सुंदर मार्ग या दृश्य प्रदान करता है)
• यूजर्स को राजमार्ग पर आपातकालीन और पहली प्रतिक्रिया सेवाओं तक पहुंचने की अनुमति मिलेगी
• यूजर्स को रास्ते किनारे की सुविधाओं, पेट्रोल पंपों, ईवी स्टेशनों आदि के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त करने की अनुमति मिलेगी, मार्ग के साथ सुविधाओं के स्थान के बारे में जानकारी Google मानचित्र पर खोजी जा सकती है हालांकि गैर स्मार्टफोन यूजर्स के लिए इसका उपयोग करना कठिन है
• यूजर्स को यातायात की भीड़, दुर्घटना, मलबा, टोल से संबंधित मुद्दों की रिपोर्ट करने की अनुमति मिलेगी, स्थानीय कमांड सेंटरों से ईवी चार्जिंग पॉइंट आदि का अनुरोध करें (जैसे वेज़)
• इंटरफ़ेस स्मार्टफोन के साथ और बिना स्मार्टफोन के यात्रियों की आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए
• इंटरफ़ेस में यूएक्स पर एक मजबूत फोकस होना चाहिए, सहज ज्ञान युक्त और राजमार्ग यूजर्स की दिन-प्रतिदिन की जरूरतों और अनुभव के आसपास केंद्रित होना चाहिए।

इंटरफ़ेस एक मंच के रूप में भी काम कर सकता है जिसके माध्यम से कई मौजूदा निजी और सार्वजनिक एप्लिकेशन लिंक कर सकते हैं जैसे कि एनएच का टोल फ्री नंबर, टोल प्रबंधन प्रणाली आदि या यात्रा संबंधी ऐप (मैपमाईइंडिया, गूगल मैप्स आदि) जिनके पास पहले से ही एक उच्च उपयोगकर्ता-आधार है। प्लेफॉर्म को मौजूदा आईटी अनुप्रयोगों की ताकत का लाभ उठाना चाहिए और जहां आवश्यक हो वहां पुन: आविष्कार नहीं करना चाहिए।

डिजाइन को सभी प्रकार के एनएच यूजर्स की ज़रुरत को पूरा करना चाहिए जैसे:
• वाणिज्यिक (ट्रकिंग आदि) जिनके पास स्मार्टफोन हो या नहीं हो सकता है सभी की आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करता हो
• व्यक्तिगत लंबी दूरी के यात्री जो इतनी बार नहीं जा सकते लेकिन स्मार्टफोन तक पहुंच है
• स्थानीय निवासी जो राजमार्गों के आसपास रहते हैं और व्यक्तिगत लंबी दूरी के यात्रियों की तुलना में इसका अधिक बार उपयोग करते हैं

इसके लिए सबमिशन ऐप मॉक-अप/प्रोटोटाइप, प्रेजेंटेशन, प्लेटफॉर्म और अन्य इंटरफेस पर कॉन्सेप्ट नोट्स, यात्रियों द्वारा वांछित सुविधाओं की सूची आदि के रूप में हो सकता है।

Fastag, Toll Tax system should be removed because highways are constructed with the TAX which we pay so there's no point of asking for extra Toll Tax on highways. Private Vendors shouldn't be authorised to ask for Toll Tax. Their job is to construct highway and leave it to the Government. If private Vendors can't do it. established Govt Vendor and remove Private Vendors concept. This will ERASE CORRUPTION and that's the reason it will be a tough game for the government but still it's not impossible....
