By giving apprentiship training to ITI holders a porton of the recycling waste can be reusable. Govt must instruct the mfrs to extemd the life of the product.Such critical e materials must be guranteed by the mfrs about the reaction.

We have BIS in our country which help in differentiate the finished product. Like this we should need to differentiate our service communities based on their skill of repair on different electronics goods. The availability of repair parts can be increased if in a common web portal every party could showcase or list down available parts with them & then one can search in a single window.For. example a particular part by its manufacturer number could be search within country with buying option.

Govt. should launch a certificate course for repairing shops employee or individual who could be trained for repairing specific products of a company exclusive to those authorized repair centers of the companies. These private repair shops then should be classified based on customer online report cards after login the web portal with their Aadhar card number. Such reputed repair center or individual with proper grading should be exhibited on this web portal common to all city & town of states.

Buy back policy does not work as the customer feel cheated & therefore keep the un-repair products with him till search of repair fails after which it finally become e waste.Govt. should form a web portal to which service providing company could showcase its stock lying with them for sale. Then the parts can be sold through online companies
