Suburban train system in present format loss making. Why not change to PPP mode with AC rakes like Delhi Metro (which has 52% operating ratio)in particular Bangalore

#TransformingIndia Dear Sir, I am from Kanpur. I have witnessed that Lucknow-Kanpur EMU is always late in peak hours. It causes a lot of trouble to hundreds of people everyday including the students travelling from nearby villages to Kanpur or Lucknow. EMU is often cancelled without prior information during these hours. On the other hand, they are seen running with no burden during night hours because of being late. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Thanking You.

Sir, If Railway can adopt technologies wherever possible,I think that will be a major job creator in this country.Now our mechanical engineering graduates & many others rely mainly on outsourcing company jobs.People like them will get more opportunities for improving their design skills.Manufacturing sector can be improved seriously.Private investments can increase the possiblities again.
