1. Toilets, which are cleaned daily, should be made available at every popular tourist place. 2. Plastic bags should be banned in all tourist destinations, specially hills. 3. For pilgrimage destinations, disposing off of goods in rivers, either for religious purpose or others, should be banned. 4. For ecological sensitive areas, number of tourists should be limited. 5. Entry fees for both Indian and foreigners should be made the same to promote tourism.

Railway services shall be used to promote the tourism. What is most common in everywhere in Europe, is local information centre identified with big symbol of 'i' at each railway station/bus station to provide information of local tourism and cheap mean to cover them, together with all benefit offers. Tourism development and preservation of local eco-system can go together if we first understand that attracting tourists does not necessarily mean creating modern facilities. We need to have ordinances for local municipalities that's freely available, wherein we provide guidelines for development activities that take place.
